Thirteen years in audit, and programming before that
I spent thirteen years in audit, including at a mid-tier international audit firm and a Big Four firm, and I am ACCA-qualified. The engineering came first: I learned C++ at school in the 1990s, and it shaped how I think about systems — architecture, memory, what a program actually does with the machine. After leaving practice in 2019 I came back to it and brought my toolchain up to date. My professional profile (opens in a new tab) lists the roles.
The work this platform structures is work I did by hand. The hard part of audit software is never the screens; it is knowing which judgment must stay with the auditor and which data work the platform can perform and record, and AuditSenior is built on that line. Modern AI development tools accelerate implementation and review. I set the requirements and the architecture, direct how the work is cut and decide what reaches production; each body of work is reviewed separately from its implementation before it is merged.
Who licenses the software
Bonfleur s.r.o., Prague, is the licensor and the rights holder. Bonfleur is not a CPA or audit firm, and nothing on this site is an offer or issues an audit opinion, assurance or attestation; the notice is on the legal page.
The software is demonstrated in accounts issued by invitation, for use with synthetic data only. What a licensee holds if the licensor is unavailable is set out under continuity and escrow, and how the build is made — requirements, architecture, decomposition, implementation under review and automated checks — in the maintenance record.
